All Users other than the main Administrator login.
For all users except the main Administrator account, passwords can be set/changed by any user that has been given access to Users and Groups on the Administration tab.
On the Users and Groups screen, just double-click the user needing their password reset/changed, click the dropdown arrow next to Edit Password, enter the new password, confirm it, and click OK.
Main Administrator Account
For security purposes, the main Administrator account password can only be reset by contacting support either via chat at http://www.efilecabinet.com/technical-support or phone at 877-574-5505. There is a fee for a support technician to connect to your system remotely to reset your Administrator password.
