If you have installed the "send to efc" tool, and you receive an error message indicating that "eFileSendTo.exe this shortcut refers to is not found", perform the following steps to resolve.
1. Navigate to the file path C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
2. Locate the eFileCabinet file. If you see multiples, delete the oldest version. If you are unable to locate the file, this means it needs to be properly installed again in your eFileCabinet Client.
To install the "Send to eFileCabinet" tool, select File in the upper left-hand corner and select "Install/Uninstall Features".
Check the box next to "Send to eFileCabinet", then select "Apply".
