If a user has accidentally deleted items from within their cabinet that they need to recover, perform the following troubleshooting steps to resolve -
1. Right click on the folder, drawer, or cabinet from which the item was deleted.
2. In the drop-down menu that displays, select "Deleted Items," which will display a dialog box including all items that have been deleted from that cabinet/drawer/folder.
(NOTE: If you do not see your drawer/folder/files, check the box that says "Show subdirectories.")
3. Select the deleted item you intend to restore, then select "Restore" in the lower left-hand corner of the dialog box.
This will restore the item to its original storage location.
(NOTE: If you choose to "Purge" the item instead, this will completely remove the file from within eFileCabinet and its corresponding data directory.)
