When scanning to eFileCabinet through eFileCabinet Online Scanner, there are two requirements that your scanner must meet to be a supported device.
1. Your scanner MUST be a local device
A "Local Scanner" is a desktop scanner connected to your machine via a USB cable. Network scanners, and Wireless scanners are not supported by eFileCabinet Online Scanner, and cannot be configured to do so.
2. Your scanner MUST have a TWAIN driver
A TWAIN Driver can be found at your scanner manufacturer's website.
**Please note** If your scanner is not supported by eFileCabinet Online Scanner, you can still use your scanner to scan to your desktop and store to eFileCabinet using another method (print to eFileCabinet, Drag and drop, Folder imports, etc.)
